Musculoskeletal Conditions

Here at Full Circle we pride ourselves on our holistic, integrated approach to any musculoskeletal problem, whether it be a sports injury, trip or fall or post-operative rehabilitation. Our highly trained physiotherapists will ensure that you are given sufficient time and space to be listened to, fully understood and then get you back to your previous level of function. As a collective we have an extensive skill base such as strong manual therapy skills including joint mobilisation/soft tissue therapy/fascial release, acupuncture, exercise therapy, taping, biomechanical assessment and Clinical Pilates training.

At the heart of our philosophy is that 'physiotherapy is something you do, not something you have' and so with every client we will always strive to deliver as much rehabilitative advice and education as is needed regarding your condition, so that clients leave feeling more empowered and involved in their own active rehabilitation.

These are just a few of the conditions that we can assist you with:

  • Spinal Injuries (back and neck pain)
  • Peripheral Joint Injuries (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle pain)
  • Biomechanical Issues
  • Sports Injuries
  • Work-related Injuries (repetitive strain injuries)
  • Chronic Pain Management
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Post-Operative Rehabilitation

All physiotherapists are ACC registered and no referral is necessary. Please feel free to contact the clinic if you wish to discuss further how we can help you with your injury.

At Full Circle Physiotherapy we believe it is imperative that we spend as much time with a client as is needed to gain a comprehensive picture, to work with them and formulate the best treatment plan going forward. Therefore we have a range of different appointments that suit a variety of conditions that we see. Depending on the nature of the problem, you may require a 60, 45 or 30 minute appointment and subsequently a different rate will apply.
